Staging and art rental

Elevate Your Space

Do you own or sell real estate and want to support a local artist? Whether you are selling a home or business property, hosting an upscale event, or just want to test my fine art in your space, renting may be the solution you need to elevate or sell your space. Carefully selected artwork can create a harmonious, cohesive mood that draws in your buyers or guests. Energetic, calming, or cozy, I can help achieve your desired mood in any space.

  • Choose from any available original! If desired, provide a picture of your space for assistance in choosing artwork. If we don't find the right piece for your space, commissioning a painting may be right for you.

  • Fine art rentals start at one month in length and range from $50 to $200 per piece depending on size. 10% of rental profits will always be donated to the non-profit To Write Love On Her Arms, or another charity of your choice with artist approval.

  • The description of the available original will detail if it is currently framed. Canvas and cradled wood paintings can remain unframed, but paper and art board paintings will need to be framed for display. If framing is needed or desired, I can arrange to have the piece framed at my own expense in what best compliments the artwork. More lead time may be required before the piece is ready for your space.

  • At the start of rental, artwork will be delivered ready-to-hang. Renters will be responsible for installation. Rental includes delivery to/pick-up from one property in Seattle or surrounding areas. Installation is not included and will be an additional charge subject on size, quantity, weight, destination, and accessibility.

  • If you decide to keep your piece or the piece sells with your home or business, all rental fees will be credited towards the full value of the artwork. An additional $25 fee will be charged to cover the time invested in selecting the right piece for your space and the initial delivery of the artwork.

  • Should there be any damage or modification to the artwork from its original state at time of rental, renter will be responsible for the full value of the artwork minus the rents paid, plus a $25 fee. Rentals are required to be in a smoke-free environment.
